Good morning to you.
This morning I have a question or two that perhaps you can help answer.
I wanted to add the TRANSLATE gadget to my blog.
After doing so, all that appears on my blog page is the word
Translate
but the gadget does not appear.
Hmmmmm....
A blog friend has this gadget on her blog and when I read her blog, it's the same way.
But ........
one of my blog friends reads this other person's blog too and she sees the gadget.
I don't understand if I am doing something incorrectly or if it has to do with software or settings or something that I am totally in the dark about.
Any ideas from you???
Also, I'm a little unclear what Google+ is all about.
It appears to be a way to network but is it more than that?
What are the benefits?
I began my first blog six years ago today and it was different then. There have been many changes and I try to keep up but sometimes I lag behind.
Just wondering about all this so I thought if I posted about it someone may be able to offer some helpful comments.

Thanks for visiting.
Happy weekend to you.

I think a lot of the problems people have with their blogs and viewing other blogs has to do with the browser they're using. I used IE and switched to Firefox and had problems with both. Now I use Google Chrome and things seem to work much better. I don't know much about Google+ but I won't switch to it unless I have to.
I have the translate thingie and have had no problems installing or using it. It's an html code. I do use Internet Explorer. I tried the others and didn't like them. Haven't switched to google + either. Dragging my feet.
I have the translate gadget on my sidebar and haven't had any problems with it. I wonder why it's not working on your blog? I wish I understood computers better.
