Good morning and happy Wednesday.
It is cloudy and gray here today so I've chosen a few photos with some color to brighten things up.
:)
How are things going for you?
Have you seen signs of spring where you live?
Yesterday we had snow flurries off and on and then last night it snowed enough to leave a thin layer of white on the ground. I stayed in all day yesterday but today I'm going to take myself out for a while. There is a sale at a shop that I like and I still have a Christmas gift card to be used.
This collection of bottles is on the top shelf of the bookcase holding my cookbooks.
My DIL made the decorative tile.
I love all the colors in my dishes.
The pattern is "Pistoulet" by Pfaltzgraff.
Thanks for your visit.
In friendship,
XO XO XO

Guess what? I have Pistoulet, too--mine are the blue rimmed! I just love them!! What color tablecloth do you use with them? That can be a challenge, I think--I use a navy blue and am looking for another....If I could house them, I'd have many sets of dishes and etched glasses...my DH is relieved there's only just so much space (ROTFLOL) Julierose
Hi Connie!!! Sorry you are still having such cold weather where you live. I do love the winter, but there is something awfully special about the first signs of Spring! Such an exciting time, I think.
I adore your dishes!! I am a big dish lover, and a huge fan of Pfaltzgraff. I have 4 different sets of it!!! Your is so colorful and cheery!!
I so wish I could get my hands on one of Julia's Mastering The Art Of French Cooking!! I search all the time for a good price on one at thrifts and such.
Have a great day!!!!!
XO Kris
I love those dishes!!! I see there are 2 color combinations. Difficult to choose just one : )
I love your pretty dishes! The colours in them are really beautiful and the cabinet they're in is really nice.
It rained for a few minutes yesterday before it started to snow, that's the only sign of spring so far.
Hugs, Cindy
I wish I could send you a little of our sunshine and growing things, Connie! But your colors are mighty pretty, too.
Connie, I LOVE your dishes and how you displayed them. They are beautiful. It screams Springtime is coming.
It is so colorful and cheery. I LOVE that.
Thank you for a beautiful post!
Hugs,
Tricia
